Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel, which has a fantastic location in the heart of Florence, close to many historic sites. The rooms were clean and spacious, although the lighting was a bit dim. The service was exceptional, with staff being extremely helpful and full of local tips. The dining experience, while satisfactory, could use some improvement in the breakfast selection. Overall, a great value for such a prime location.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, near some of the great attractions but the noise from the street and the tight room for four people were a bit of a downside. The service was exceptional, making my short stay in Florence very pleasant. The dining experience, although with friendly staff, left something to be desired. It's a value-for-money option considering its convenient location.
I stayed on the 2nd floor with a room overlooking the street. The room looked different than shown in the pictures, and unfortunately, it was very hot inside with lots of mosquitoes. The service was friendly and helpful, except for my reservation being canceled the night before my arrival. The location was excellent, close to major attractions and shopping opportunities. The dining options were limited, but the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, the hotel offers a great location and a friendly atmosphere despite some room discomfort.
The hotel rooms have a cute little kitchen but are showing signs of aging. I had some difficulty closing the bathroom door, and the lighting was a bit limited relying mainly on lamps and natural light from the windows when the block out panels were moved. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, offering valuable tips for exploring Florence. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The dining experience was good overall, especially with the lovely outside area, but it had some room for improvement. A great value for the comfort and cleanliness offered.
My stay at Hotel Andrea was delightful. The staff were really helpful, and the view from our room was exceptional. The room was very clean, but it was a bit tight for four people. Overall, a great experience with minor room size limitations.
I had a mixed experience at Hotel Andrea. The rooms were a bit dark due to low lighting, and the morning noise was bothersome being near the reception and breakfast areas. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly helpful, and our room had an exceptional view. The atmosphere of the hotel was interesting and cute.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and nice, but the lack of natural light and street noise were a downside. The service was top-notch with helpful and friendly staff. The location was convenient for sightseeing, but there were a few areas for improvement. The dining options were average, and the facilities were decent.
Staying on the ground floor, I enjoyed the spacious and clean room with a good kitchen, despite the limited natural light. However, the aging furniture made closing the bathroom door tricky. The location near Santa Croce was great for exploring Florence, though being in a 'limited traffic' zone was a slight inconvenience.
The hotel is in a great location just 100m from Piazza S, offering clean and good-looking rooms but with a bit of noise in the morning due to its proximity to reception and breakfast areas. The basic rooms have a charming vibe, ideal for a couple.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location was excellent, just a few meters from Basilica de Santa Croce and the main area of the city, making it easy to explore Florence. The service was friendly and efficient, which added to the overall pleasant stay. However, the dining options were lacking, especially compared to other 3-star hotels, leaving room for improvement in this aspect.
